If you are town. Who is the scumteam from your perspective? Or, at the very least, who is the living scum?
So
Marshal claims
Gambler : Each night (but not the first), choose a player and guess their character. If you guess wrong, you die.
PKR claims
Philosopher : Once per game, at night, choose a good character; You gain their ability. If you choose a character that is already in play, that player malfunctions until you die or change character.
and chose Gambler
Marshal guessed PKR as Philosopher, while PKR guessed Marshal as Gambler, right?
Nope. I had guessed myself as Philo.

Jic you don’t want to read up on it:
Wazza thought they had caught me as scum due to them telling me to “guess myself as gambler” so “I wouldn’t die”.
I took that to mean they 100% didn’t want me to die.
So I checked with Tan and Amelia what I technically counted for as per my gambler guessing and it was Philosopher.
So I submitted that, I revealed it in the end and it was funny
The only way Night could be town (and cult leader) is if a townie refused to join Night’s cult.
On Day 1, I 100% joined it. I cannot remember if I did Day 2. I was kinda gone for a long time.
