Pigeon good tone and doing some things I feel like is pretty towny in and out of whispers.
For Eli, they did something in whispers that I would think a townie would do.
There was though 1 possibility where scumEli did it but the odds were more likely for them to be town really.
Also while I might agree with Can that whispering could be suspicious, consider the following: There is 1 pair of evils, meaning 1 set of evils are sitting next to each other.
They don’t have to declare whispers at all and can pretty much coordinate freely. In a setup with 3 minions, that’s 2 minions with access to free communication already
