Can we give the inq the much needed "lose this ability of you kill a non-heretic" line?

Just to prevents inq from attacking randoms n1-3 and than somewhat afking

I haven’t seen this as a big problem, but it does seem unfair to be yoloed by an inq when you’re not heretic. I think it should consume the ability charge, but not attack the target (similar to how
attacking magic users originally worked). I think losing the ability is excessive though.
