We need a plausible explanation for royal claims not stepping up. Kind of lame that not stepping up is a no-brainer exe.
Baron?
No proof
/support
plz devs
From orangeandblack5’s SFoL18 (can’t remember if they updated it to be different somewhere else since or not, so might no be the “latest version” so to speak).
The Baron
Neutral Offensive
Forged Documents (Passive) - You may step up early to become the King, as if you had Royal Blood, and tied votes for the Kingship will always go in your favor; however, investigations that determine if you have Royal Blood will show that you do not have it.
Pull Rank (Day) - Your vote will count as two today. This will not be announced publicly or affect the number of votes required to reach majority. - 1 use
Proclaim Throne (Day) - Privately learn the King’s true alignment. - 1 use
Order (Night) - Negate the votes of a target player the next day. They can’t accuse anyone or vote tomorrow. The target still counts towards the voting majority. - 1 use
Ordain (Night) - Take Royal Blood from them if they have it. Give Royal Blood to them if they don’t. Targets that are affected by this will only learn of the change at the start of the next King election. - 2 uses
Your objective is to survive to see the Blue Dragon’s demise.
Not sure if that’s up to date but it definitely needs to be optimized for ToL.
Hmm yeah…
Baron+Baron+Sorcerer+Eking+MM+Assassin… one BD dies Night 1 one converted 7 antibd vs 6 BD… game over.
I propose this:
Barron
Neutral Special
Passive 1: Royal Blood
Passive 2: Hired Guards - Death immune onceDay Ability: Bribery - Make your first target vote for your second and Prevent further voting. You can make them vote the king. (2 uses)
Night Ability 1: Intersept - Target player gets incorrect feedback from their ability’s. You will know what the original results were. (Unlimited)
Night Ability 2: Ordain - Give target player Royal Blood. If they already have it then take it away instead. You will know which one you did. They will not be informed until King election. (2 uses)Goal: Live to see the King lose
Replace Barron with Sellsword. We already have that problem.
problem could be solved with a cap on the amount of unseen/cult supporters at the start. IE e-king, sorc, fool, scorned, baron etc… IE there can only be up to 3 in those categories or something.
Apparently you can’t have 2 sellswords in a sorc game.
But you can have 1 sellsword in a sorc game.
Fool and scorned shouldn’t count as evil supporters. They’re closer to true neuts
They vote in ways an evil would and take actions that hurt BD.
Fool can’t win with the unseen while alive though. Scorned is more evil than fool, but it doesn’t have to defeat the entire BD. EK and sorc are the only ones which should truly count as unseen/cult supporters. THe others can support the unseen/cult, but they don’t have to.
It isn’t as black and white as with Sorc or Sellsword. But they do support the Unseen/Cult. Unlike with sellsword they don’t have to KEEP helping the Unseen/Cult but they always do unless they are gamethrowing outside of very situational situations. Meany of which can apply to sellsword too.
Baron has only one r get outta here
