Can we make the notification the same for healing attack, poison, wolf, and bleed?

Oh and someone should not be informed about redundant status effects. For example if they are Bleeding from Rupture then a Wolf that night does nothing and should thus produce no feedback.
And Assassin should bleed instead of poisoning players
