alternative possiblity: killing marg could be a primer for a great and nearly guaranteed win by a d1 scum isaac voter
why do that if scum is an abstainer?
Killing Marg does nothing for a scum Isaac voter since they were likely going to be lynched
The only people I can see killing Marg is you or an abstainer who wants to get villa to tvt each other.
They weren’t escaping PoE
killing marg makes us suspect the abstainers since no geyde voters are left
if we remove the abstainers and scum voted isaac d1
they win
But Marg would’ve been hung
that’s the point
if scum was an abstainer they would want marg hanged today and other abstainer or you or me dead instead
I’m mapping this out
Abstainers are Simon/Cutealch
They were in contention to be lynched after Marg dies by any way.
If they were scum they would have to get the other lynched
7
Hippo Lynch
7 > 6
Night kill one of the isaac voters
6 > 5
Lynch Marg
5 > 4
Night kill one of the isaac voters
4 > 3
They now have to lynch the other non-voter
There has to be another reason for why they killed Marg

Maybe they were trying to frame you?
Also how did Marg die
Nothing here could cause them to die if they were priest
This is probably why
Here is the optimum scenario for each case:
- Scum is abstainer. They need an Isaac voter dead last night. Now remainers probably lynch marg. After this, 2 abstainers, 2 isaac voters remain. They kill one of the two remaining Isaac, bus the other abstainer with the right work and win. Why is killing marg last night inferior here? That is obvious. In our case both abstained are most suspected here and most primed to die.
- Meanwhile, an Isaac voter who took the actions last night is in a great spot as scum. Now 3 Isaac voters, 2 abstainers remaining. We lynch an abstainer today and the scum kills an Isaac voter, or better yet, the other abstainer, and is in a great, great, great position to win in LyLo.
There’s no reason for a scum that escaped PoE to want to make a way for them to get lynched.
