Now I do realize it was pretty dumb to think you were town from one post, as it could only produce a micro-read and not a macro-read.

Pushing attention of a Traitor onto someone else early game would work wonders for the Traitor, even if that player is Town or Scum. If they are Scum, they’d probably focus on voting someone else. If they are Town, they’d most likely be ignored by fellow Town.
