I agree with limiting the alchemist heals. Not the other changes. Changing too many things at once is unpredictable and chaotic
Neutral Killer should not be thought of as a sub alignment but rather as a faction all to itself. Otherwise I would have contested pestilence too
not really. Even here not all NKs have the same objective.
They’re simply killers that exist outside of the two main factions, and add some variety to the game by being a random permutation
Alch is a neutral that kills and so is Inquisitor
And meny people including myself and orange don’t consider Sorcerer to be a true NK because of her wincon

Would lowering the chance of an alchemist spawning change the game dynamic enough to make phys feel more important?
Another idea would be a single use day ability for phys that cures a poison or bleeding, in addition to their immunity granting?

Why replace physician? Why not just add the class?
Additionally, you COULD make games spawn with EITHER a physician/chronomancer, much like
each game spawns with either cult/evil. That could add some spicy variance, and avoid physician/chronomancer synergy conflicts and annoying coding exceptions to make for the developers.
This would make fakeclaiming either of those classes too risky since if you claim phys and a chronomancer dies you will be hanged instantly.
Don’t replace, just add it.
