It doesn’t, but wolves like to defuse arguments between villagers because they subconsciously think that it will project them in a better light as they think they’re playing hero

Eh, not always 100% true.
A lot of wolves tend to just let TvTs rage on.
I absolutely did not tell you to claim, I asked for only a day to let you not get away with permanently letting you get away with it.
If a wolf claims self resolving and doesn’t say when it’s something you don’t want to let them get away with.
NOT ONCE, NOT ONCE, did i fish for a claim. I specifically said I wasn’t looking for one. You’re either mafia who’s trying to derail thread and me or town who’s having a screaming match because not everyone knows your town.

But I don’t think the way she went about it was villagery. She didn’t really elaborate on why she thought either party was a certain alignment, which indicates she already knew
zerokito i thought initially looked wolfy but they arent necessarily
i looked at their iso and their “Looking a bit slow at the moment so I’ll be back later.” is actually something i vaguely liked
their read on icibalus and progression into the slot also looks slightly good
I’m more worried about the confidence, tho.

The defusal of the argument in a way that projects you as a villager without elaborating on the read and yet coming across as confident is what looks like tmi, yes
