Circle of Occupation

I sometimes try and occupy someone but my occupation fails because someone has occupied me .
Why is my occupation going through after someone else’s occupation ?

Only explanation is Drunk happy hour

Your own occupation would fail in this case no matter who you targeted. I’m assuming you were invoker?

I think OP is more on it being timings as opposed to just generally being occupied.

If you and another member were to occupy somebody at the exact same time, how do they arrive at you before you arrive at your target? Mysteryyyyyy

So if someone occupies me , my occupation fails ?

if a blocks b and b blocks c and c blocks a . Do they all get a message saying they where occupied and unable to occupy there target ?

I take it if a blocks b and b trys to block c from killing a , a still dies because b is blocked from blocking c …

What role were you?

I think the question is: Why?

If I’m Butler and I occupy a Knight, but a Invoker occupies me… what happens?

As I understand it, I get occupied and the Knight doesn’t, which is kind of confusing.

Near as I can tell the game retroactively (for lack of a better term) negates me. In theory we should go at the same time, but since the Invoker isn’t occupied, the game makes his ability go through. Meanwhile I AM occupied, so my ability doesn’t go through. Which is sort of convoluted, but makes sense if you think about it.

Butler is occ immune, invoker is not. The class you were matters

If you are the butler then only the drunk can Occupy you and the drunks Occupy goes first. The Invoker can’t Occupy you but you can Occupy the Invoker.

Oh FFS, you’re ignoring the heart of the matter because I picked Butler randomly as an example.

Em… Butler is occupy immune, Invoker is not

IT MATTERS.

my own circle question:

drunk A tries to happy hour drunk B, who tries to happy hour Court wizard C, who tries to switch drunk B and some random boi

what happen?

Depends on the order actions were submitted I think

Drunk B gets occupied by Drunk A. The CWs Ability works. Since the drunk is occupy immune there is no conflict here because occupy Immunity has been stated on multiple occasions to also be redirection Immunity.

Here is a question. What happens if an Invoker tries to make a knight target the CW, the CW switches a second Invoker with the Knight and that Invoker was trying to Occupy someone irrelevant.

actually, I know for a fact that CW still redirects occ immune people. I have played many a games as CW and with the CW

The order the players submit their actions matters

Really? I don’t think he should.
