I feel like this restriction is unnecessary. It’s already delayed since you have to level up to learn it.

Saying “Kill” makes it seem like it bypasses everything
ToL uses “kill” for Assasinate , but can change.
Alternative Premise -
Instead of having to /NoAction to level up
Maybe award “Experience Points” based on certain actions during the day/night
Examples for BD
“Voting up someone who flips and is not blue dragon” - 1 EXP.
“Voting execute on someone who flips and is not blue dragon.” - 2 EXP.
“Kill a non-blue dragon at night.” - 3 EXP.
“Become King” - 5 EXP.
Examples for Unseen/Cult
“Voting up someone who flips blue dragon.” - 1 EXP
“Successfully Kill or Convert a Player” - 2 EXP.
“Occupy or redirect a non-unseen/cult player.” - 2 EXP.
“The prince of the blue dragon dies” - 4 EXP.
“Become an Evil King” - 5 EXP.
Neutrals have something related to their objective, like whenever an alch heals a poison/bleed +2 exp
I know from personal experience (cough, trickster game) that being forced to NoAction in a game full of supposed Power Roles isn’t very fun.

I thought of this but it seems overcomplicated
maybe you do a night action to level up , unless you dont have one?
I quire like how it is atm. I don’t think it’d be that stale seeing as it is always the day-play which is most interesting. By far the most boring part of FoL is the endless talking about mechanics and night plans which this actually reduces. I’d run it with the basic premise you already have, but some of the levels do need tweaking.
