[Class Suggestion] Centurion / Major - Blue Dragon Day Killer

This is being canned, as this idea when looked at closely is fundamentally flawed, and will be discontinued.

Centurion
Blue Dragon Unique Killer

Behead (Day) - Take justice into your own hands and kill a player at the end of the day. You will be unable to use any of your abilities for the rest of the game. Cannot target the King, and cannot be used after trials. (1 Use)

Rally (Night) - You will give buffs depending on the class types of players that visit you. They will keep them until the end of the next night. (2 Uses)

Same as CW empower.

Bellow (Night) - Your target will be unable to use day abilities during the next day. They will receive feedback as if their abilities had worked. (Infinite Uses)

Your objective is to defeat the Unseen or Cult and any Neutrals that seek to do you harm.

Major
Unseen Offensive

Leadership (Passive) - Your votes for treason count as double the normal value. It will not be indicated numerically.

Charisma (Day) - The target for the Assassin’s poison will not learn of it until tommorrow. (1 Use)

Search Mandate (Night) - Guess the target’s class type. If correct, you will gain a copy of their logs and they will be occupied. Cannot be used on the same target twice. (Infinite Uses)

Your objective is to defeat the Blue Dragon and any Neutrals that dare stand in your way.

Why? Making it unique is the better of the 2 options. Also there are more than 2 options

Alright. I’ll change it to be unique. (About the two options thing, it was more a figure of speech, but I digress. It was kind of stupid to mention that).

The main problem I had with doing that though is the wild swing in having both hunter and centurion in a game. Two difficult to convert and strong BD would have a massive swing effect.

then that is a problem with your class.

Having 3 of them instead doesn’t make it any better

Otherwise, are there any conceptual problems with the class that you notice?

Day vigges are broken with the current game balance (poison/bleed is used instead) and Heroic Strike is BS in Unseen games and a worse smite in cult games

What if it were just changed to be a regular attack?

Then you have a mostly worse Hunter that sometimes goes full circle to being OP again when he kills the MM

I like the idea of a dayvig

Considering Hunter is, along with the Mystic, the strongest convertible BD class, wouldn’t it be reasonable for dayvig to be attached to less strong class overall?

Okay. Posing a possible fix here for the swing.

Heroic Strike (Night) - You will attack one of your visitors tonight. You will be conversion immune.

It goes by highest priority ability going down btw (ex: Deb > Checks > Invest > Attack > Conv)

And if a tie? And the fucks a deb

Same as it always is. It attacks the top of the list considering a tie.

As for deb, that’s Debauch, the drunk night ability.
