Passive - Artistic
Despite not being a killer, you have access to the death note tab.

Night ability 1 - Plagiarism (4 uses?)
Copy someone’s Death Note. If your target has no death note for you to steal, you’ll receive a message telling you so.

Night ability 2 - Self advertisement (unlimited use)
If your target is killed tonight, you will replace the killers death note with your own. Works on any death that occurs at night, excluding suicide.

Day ability 1 - Bribe (2 uses)
Make the selected person target someone of your choosing tonight. Won’t work if selected person uses an ability that targets no-one. Also won’t work if either target dies that day.

Goal
Successfully replace 2 death notes. Live to the end.

The idea of this class is that it’s more or less someone who can draw all game…
But I tried making it useful to both BD and Unseen/Cult/Neutral Killers by adding the Plagiarism ability. Your information could benefit any side as you’ll find killing classes.

With the alternative win goal you should lean more towards siding with killers in general, sharing info in whispers, potentially making noble more useful.

It’ll also be a good claim for scum, as the artist can never truly confirm his class. But since he’s neutral you might not know if you wanna risk losing a potential ally.

I support this. Maybe make it so that only people who want it have a chance to get it. Or maybe, make it only specific people enabled to have the class possible for.

I think this is really interesting.
Two suggestions though (one serious and one half-jokey)
One,

Make sure that its stated, (if you want it to be that way) that its only if the target dies the night of the use of Self advertisement

And two

maybe some sick art for it? :wink:

This goal sounds better. The other goal would make the second night ability useless :stuck_out_tongue:

I guess the type should be wildcard(?), not sure.

I think it could use a buff like hmm a day ability with 1-2 uses that could make a player target someone at night? Could be useful, if you think you’ve found a killer(?)

Cost for the use of abilities doesn’t sound really right, if you wanna limit its use, I’d say just reduce the uses :stuck_out_tongue:

I don’t like it.

It seems as though you just want more classes that can sue death notes.

Death note writing is terrible on my computer, so this would be a very boring class for me.

Im just Imagining, at the top if the death note “This death note was brought to you by [x]”, x being whoever drew the note (player name, not character name)
(not a suggestion to add, it would prob. be pretty bad if an artist was revealed, because some people could then find the artist by how they know what kinds of names they will use)
I could see this happening with Luxx, and then everyone in chat going “wow Luxx, your art is so good!” or something to that effect

I suggest this be a special class, specifically for artists.

Pretty much a class you can buy with in game credits.

Honestly, speacial classes would be cool.

you can have some 3 neutrals in a game. Every neutral adds something; murdering everybody, murdering some people, stopping votes, etc.

The artist doesn’t add anything, really.

Well technically it’s a Neutral Investigative with its Plagiarism ability :stuck_out_tongue: You can find killing classes by finding out if said person has a death note or not. This will benefit whichever side you decide to side with.

And it can control your night actions, although it’s a limited use.

But for a more useful alternative to this class…

Succesfully replace 2 people’s journals when they die, cause chaos and totally fuck up people’s chances of winning by making their journal info totally useless!
