type: investigative
goal: survive

Freelance (night, infinite uses, select two targets) reveal the first player’s class type to yourself and the second target . If the second player is a support type, you will be immune to death tonight (you will not be informed of this, unless you are attacked)

you will see “your target is an x class” while the second target will see “the rogue tells you that first name last name [number] is an x class!”

Interrogate (night, 1 uses) determine your target’s faction [the mastermind will appear blue dragon this way nights 1-3; they will be seen as cult/unseen (whichever is in game) if they are framed by the scorned tonight].

Determine status (day, 2 uses) determine if your target has royal blood.

Lore: Something about being the younger sibling of an observer, or used to be observer

Additional information: looking for something to replace "determine status**. And yes, I did make this class in a few minutes :3

I do not quite get the point of the becoming Immune on a Support but otherwise it is decent.

because they defend you, also he needs some way to defend himself.

the point: you provide the support info (they could be unseen/cult) and they provide you protection. I did not want to say “and they have to use their supportive ability on you” because then you are just turning supportive types into investigators.

The reason he can find royal blood is so he can find Prince and therefore be helpful to evil roles. Otherwise he would be pretty much purely BD sided.

The reason Neutral Investigative don’t work is simple.

There’s no real reason to keep them alive. BD will want to get rid of it since it can pretty much reveal BD classes to scum and they’ll most likely end up converted or reveal who Prince potentially could be etc.

A Neutral with info is a dangerous person. Becomes a target.

Neutral Investigatives are cool though that is why I did like 15 of those surveys saying I wanted a new neutral Investigative :imp:

They provide info to the BD. Also, the way this class works is you don’t have to reveal yourself to gain protection and give other players info.

He doesn’t have a converted version, which was implied when I provided no unseen version.

I don’t kill neutral’s on the spot, unless I am a knight (as prince, I test if alchs are real with blur, then tell them to heal me).

The way you’re making this sound is if you want this to be BD oriented but it is more harmful to BD to keep alive in the long run.

No, he can help unseen/cult if he randomly does it or he figures out who a support type is through his investigations and they happen to be cult/unseen or later be converted.

He doesn’t reveal the blue dragon, only there type (which, if blue dragon lynch him, he reveals more in his journal). The only BD classes that should fear him are psychic, noble, and prince.
