[Class Suggestion] The Psychopath [Neutral Killer]

Objective: Kill everyone that does not need to survive as an objective.

Passive - Unstable
The Psychopath is forced to kill every night they aren’t prevented from doing so, for example being jailed by the Prince.

Passive - Uncontrollable
Immune to Death and Occupation.

Day Ability 1 - Coverup (2 uses)
Tonight, the Observer will not be able to detect you have left your room, and if the person you kill is Exhumed by a Physician, it will appear as though a randomly selected killer (though not an Assassin in a cult game and vice versa for Cult Leader) is the culprit.

Day Ability 2 - Threatening Letter (2 uses)
Leave a threatening letter in a target player’s room. They will be too scared to leave their room later that night, occupying them.

Night Ability - Murder (Infinite uses)
You are forced to kill a player, but you may still choose which player. If you do not select a player, one will be chosen randomly for you.

Yeah I accidentally worded it as “it will appear as though a randomly selected killer will appear as the culprit” :stuck_out_tongue:

Edit it from immune to Death to Immune to night death

And the objective sounds like’help the fools get a win’

I personally really like this class! I love destructive killers :smiley:
I like the fact it’ll random-select for you too, that’s great! You can gamble on the system making the best choice for you, or selecting for yourself!

And to defend you a little from these comments;

Everyone who’s got night immunity is stated as being immune to death. That doesn’t mean they won’t die to immunity-piercing attacks though. (Day)Nightingshade, Execution, (Night) Bleed, Prince execute, bypass immunity abilites… They’ll all kill an immune person.

It’s the same objective as the 2 other Neutral Killers in game. Basically kill everyone and you can only win with Scorned (won/lost doesnt matter he can live) Mercenary, Alchemist, Fool (alive, he won’t win though) and Neutral King. There can be a max of 4 neutrals in a 16 player game, and with neut king you can have 4 allies remaining alive.

This looks a bit OP with the Passive. Maybe you get two abilities and one is a kill to someone random (which will be the forced one) or a kill to someone specific that will have 2 uses or something. Killing someone every night, even when you’re in jail is a bit OP.

NK that can occupy sounds a bit OP as well. Not really sure about this actually. Maybe reducing uses to 1? Idk about the occupation tbh.

This could actually get a nerf/buff (depends on how you see it), if the exhume part is removed. This means the observer will know you were in your room -if he was on you-, which would make you look innocent, while it would still give out the existence of a Psychopath -which may have already happen, by previous uses of exhume-.

Interesting idea, it’ll just need some balancing. I like the concept though; it has potential :+1:

Umm no? This is every Neutral Killer’s goal. Basically you want only the neutrals to live, except for other neutral killers obviously.

just wanted to point this out. yes he is occupy immune, but somethings can get around that, like the prince

I think Ashe meant the Psycopath can still kill while imprisoned.

You do realize that the Possessor can occupy every night right? It also makes him harder to track by an obs. And he has additional abilities too

Tryphon, the “kill randomly” is in no means a good thing. If you were occupied, or jailed, you won’t kill. If nothing that would stop you from killing happens, then you will be forced to kill.
