The Usurper

Neutral Social
Forged Bloodlines (Passive) - Your forged documents allow you to put your name forward for nominations to become the next King as if you had Royal Blood.
Backroom Dealings (Day) - Hide your whispers from the public to and from a specific target. - Infinite uses
Eliminating the Competition (Night) - Check if a player has royal blood. If they do, you will take it from them (They will know it has been stolen). - Infinite uses
Intimidation (Night) - Tomorrow, the target will be forced to vote for you to be King, if given the chance to do so. They won’t know that you have forced them until after the vote. - 2 uses
Be crowned King, and survive.

With the Eliminating the Competition ability, this could be a Neutral Offensive. Unless you specifically want this to count towards the Neutral Social cap.

This is the second Neutral class, aside of the Revolutionary, that I’ve seen somewhat similar to the idea I made around 3 weeks ago, I’ll leave a link here if you would like to compare.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t Usurper a class in Aftermath? I’m almost sure of it.

I’m assuming you want to remove the ability of Psychic where they can hide their whispers?
