They’re attempting to use quotes (in BBCode) to refer back to a previous poster.
They don’t realise that the name used in the argument of BBCode is a designated string and therefore cannot be used as a variable, and in the event of such a variable the chance of said variable being called ‘Previous Poster’ would be astronomically low.
