Arctic

The Newbie pokemon Arctic is not this Arctic. In that game Arctic was eager to solve out of the game, but not so much here. In this game they focus on memeing more and generally have a different tone. They were a bit more analytical in that game, but that’s not the case here. I scumread them for being tonally different so soon after their last game and being less solvely/more jokey.
