PR fishing is just bad reasoning for why somebody is a wolf imo, there’s only a few circumstances in which it is legitimately super wolfy.
There’s no good reason to PR fish though. If a PR is outted, Mafia will target them

in my time on this site I’ve seen about 75% of PR fishes turn out to be made by village, which essentially proves it’s just plain luck if a PR fisher flips wolf or not.
it’s a simple fact that most wolves don’t think it’s a great idea to obviously try and out PRs, and no wonder.
