Basically just associate every action with a question:
Assassinate - Does the target die?
Serve wine - Does the target take an action?
Ect
Take an action. Look at the target. Answer the question.
Empower is more interesting because it is decoupled from the anti conversion effect allowing you to make more meaningful choises about who is more likely to need boosted Ability’s.
The sheriff may be a high priority convert but is it really that likely for him to be occupied? Would it not be more helpful to empower the Drunk to help him stop the MM? Or maybe to help the Knight Kill a possible NK.
Right now it is always best to just barrier the most confirmed player no exceptions.
How do you do that though? You empower 8, but what is 8? You have no clue.
Empower also stops investigators from being tricked. Why would I not use it on confirmed investigators?
The problem with CW isn’t lack of information or usefulness right now. Its lack of interesting play.
Because Ability tamperers are rare enough that it might be worth possablely occupying the NK or MM.
I’m just not for this at all. You can’t just ask someone "hey I’m wizard and empowered you. What are you? The game just doesn’t work like that. I can already tell we’re getting nowhere, so I’m going to stop now.
For the record I usually skip the claim first step and just go. “What’s your class?”. They tend to make their own assumptions on why you are asking.
Or you could just find an Alch and start threatening people like the King does.

These work right now in the game while you are unclaimed and unproven as any class including scum. I tested it myself and use it as my primary Strategy.
One quick question. Who would you say is the most optimal person to use empower on?
Although Hunter, Prince and Psychic are the worst people to target with it as they get no benefit what so ever.
