Furthermore, if a victim was poisoned (and stabbed after death), will the true cause of death be revealed?

Or will players have to investigate that using clues on the autopsy report?

I’m assuming the file is as vague as it can possibly be.
So instead of explicit cause of death they’d just get “The victim appears to have been stabbed”?
