Tilga was saying in the second post, that in the first post they explained from their pov why publicly metaing him in the game thread isn’t a move they’d want to make.
It doesn’t mean Wisp wouldn’t make that move, but it means Tilgarial is translating their preference onto Wisp and assuming Wisp would think the same as they do… Which is not a foolproof way of reading someone, but it just means that’s the way it clicks for Tilga. They’re justifying their interpretation from their point of view.
His first post is just not something I expect from town!Zone, he doesn’t care what people think of him, he just doesn’t post if he is busy. But here he is posting anyways lol
