I feel this, I spent way too much time lurking to see if it was time to loot or if Alice came online. Iād prefer a system, where you have movement/action points that are limited. Maybe fighting can be excluded from that, but that at least ensures everyone can find something during exploration.

I feel like these types of miscs would be best when there is like a 6-8 hour period every day set pregame where the host is definitely going to be online and it will only run during that period.
That way people wonāt be disadvantaged by timezones (or if they are they will know not to sign up)

Yeah, I actually felt kind of bad that I was able to get to things pretty well in enough cases before others because Aliceās schedule worked out fairly well for me. 
This worked out better for me than the DR games Iāve played. But I agree there should be some sort of limitation to actions/movement. Though I hope not quite as restrictive as DR games because I could hardly do anything before running out in those.

Yeah, I agree with this. Maybe similar to mashes with their ITA periods. It could even be split to 2 or 3 times if that worked okay for the host.
this is a bit wild
but running something like this with alignments as uninformed maj v informed minority would be absolutely hilarious and I would totally sign up (some time for action period, rest of time for normal talking?)
