well sometimes its fine, actually. its just. it generally has to be a step removed, i.e. something that you concluded (and not something you were directly told).
so no innocent childs, no justicar messages, etc.

GI game using another forum’s GI thread, without linking to said thread.
would get people to really start using their heads around closed mechanics. what would the host allow? how would they interpret it? how would two weird things interact?

now, some people would say making “reads” on the host is a no-no. and they’re allowed to have that opinion. however i will say this is not always the case. sometimes it leans toward my stance, where how the host makes decisions and how they process the wording of the cards is all part of The Game™
because for me, it feels very similar to how i assume reads for yall does, except its a lot more accessible to me, as the goals and motivations of the host are not the unknowns, the actions are.

I mean, I still am in general against GI.

It usually ends up being canned or demotivating one of the teams to the point where noone plays anymore.

It’s literally just bad.

Roles are unbalanced, wild, making it all confusing and at some point… not enjoyable anymore.
