Does Fool's Deceive trick Princess' Flirt?

I played a game today where a Princess said the Fool attacked, we thought it was a Possessor jump because the Fool died same night. But when game ended it turned out he was real Fool.

It tricks flirt, but not wisp as far as I’m aware

This is the second time i heard fool’s deceive or scorned’s frame showed them attacked for will-o-wisp.So it is prob true

Unless it was changed which I believe it didn’t happen.
