to be fair, DR has worked entirely fine on ToS for years, and most DR games there don’t have a Mastermind-type figure but still feel inexorably like Danganronpa

I discussed this in VC with Geyde and both me and Geyde agreed that it would just be best to you know have wildcards instead of MM because:

  1. They’re more fun and you’re not locked like the MM is, MM is like a participant who can’t participate in the game they signed up for, that’s just annoying as fuck.
  2. You get to do what you want to help yourself win!!!

every player, in certain conditions, can be a Wildcard, but even then they can still choose to play as a Participant

Danganronpa is literally a full Neutral game but lots of people are more Neutral than others and then one of them is less Neutral than others and everyone else tries to go together more and less Neutral
