Druid (Neutral Killer)

The whole point is the class is based around judgement of the wild. Stop trying to overturn the literal point of my design thanks

Btw 2 vines per night increases the KPN too much. Here’s my version for ToL/FoL from now on:

Druid

Neutral Killer

Wall of Nature (Passive) - You are immune to death, poison, and bleeding. You are permantly rooted.

Root Network (Passive) - The roots will prevent you from visiting someone if it would lead to your death. All players whoose rooms have been rooted will investigate as ‘Your targets room is damaged by roots!’ to all investigatives.

Judgement of the Wild (Day) Publicly mark someone, you will gain a use of Constricting Vines if they aren’t dead by the next day. (Infinite uses, 1 day cooldown)

Rune of Growth (Day) - Spreading Vines can target two people tonight (Infinite uses, 1 day cooldown)

Speading Roots (Night) - Curl roots around a player’s room (Infinite uses)

Constricting Vines (Night) - Kill all people who are vined (0 uses)

The whole point is that it’s not just an Arsonist, because arsonists are boring. With my current idea of it getting 2 vines every other night, the kills per night is balanced as it’s 1.5 KPN, which is the standard for ToL NKs rn (Most have an ability with the relative strength of a kill, and sorc exists)

don’t forget the FoL team needs to approve the new druid. and I intend to be more stict. now does Constricting vines bypass heals and immune?

It could be for like two nights

The problem with that is that it makes Druid investigatible, in a way other NKs aren’t.

If you have roots there is between a 1/2 and 1/3 chance you are the Druid

And if you check twice, you can confirm if they are Druid.

I have a better idea: Remove the druid.
It’s concept is flawed.

It’s not in the game though :-/

A killer who can kill the entire town with one strike if no one is immune?
Yep.
Who, by this nature, frequently gives no assisting kills whatsoever?
Yep.
A killer who is screwed over by immune people massively?(e.g. Gking and Druid survive, Prince survives, MM and imprisoned Assassin survive…
Yep.
A killer who when piercing Night Immunity and Jail is played like a Time Bomb?
Yep.
Now, how is this a GOOD idea?

In my version piercing night immunity isn’t a thing. Secondly, it was designed for FoL and not ToL. In FoL one can make informed judgements and vine early. And again, if you do what they want they can’t kill that much.

Also the roots only show if you were vined that night. It’s not a ‘lol ur druid’ thing any more.
