I’ve not read up yet, but going to say this.
I understand completely about the emotional turmoil when it comes to crying or being unable to work. I find myself getting angry, most of the time at myself but also getting annoyed with others. It can get deep and even depressive due to the sheer amount of stress.
I don’t know many good tips (Hence why I’m gonna read this thread) so I thank you for making this thread. My best and probably only tip is when you’re stressed leave the thread for a while, go do some things you enjoy and that help you relax. Maybe speak to someone you’re close to… I’ve got wolf and I’m happy to do so but even sometimes I struggle to speak to him yet I know that makes things worse.

Tbh, I haven’t really had a ton of problems with this, only time it’s gotten bad for me is one of my older scumgames when someone really pissed me off, that messed me up for a day or two.
I just remind myself that this is something I do to have fun and in the end it won’t really affect me, I’ll get over it in a day or two. As town I very rarely get worked up because I’m really chilled out as town, the only reason I get worked up then is if I’m bein mislynched for really dumb reasons when I’ve been trying all game.
