Ok so I donā€™t really know the procedure for this but I put in the rules that if someone doesnā€™t post in 48 hours theyā€™ll be prodded, if they donā€™t respond theyā€™ll get replaced. N.1 hasnā€™t posted in 48 hours but heā€™s getting lynched. He hasnā€™t responded to the prod yet. Should I give him 12 hours to respond and then replace him or just ignore it if itā€™s still going to get lynched by then
