Ok so I don’t really know the procedure for this but I put in the rules that if someone doesn’t post in 48 hours they’ll be prodded, if they don’t respond they’ll get replaced. N.1 hasn’t posted in 48 hours but he’s getting lynched. He hasn’t responded to the prod yet. Should I give him 12 hours to respond and then replace him or just ignore it if it’s still going to get lynched by then
