There. Tactics makes it so that all other members besides the attacking one cannot visit the player being attacked.
I mean the generals kill can also be stopped if the target has a infinite secondary ability. Also would it work on psychic/mystic.
The General stop the target from using any ability that targets a Republic member. Nothing to do with primary or secondary.
Oh what about if the target is psychic/mystic or inquisitor? Since they donāt exactly visit.
itās visit prevention. Mystic would have already been linking you for awhile before the night could end but the Inquisitor would be prevented like anyone else.
Lucky alchemist bomb or NK hit on the Politician cripples the faction too much currently. Rest of it looks interesting.
Iāll give him a temporary full immunity then. He is intended to be weak to NK later though.
This faction seems way stronger than the Unseen and stronger than cult.
Also too much prevention imo.
Any ideas on fixing that? I tried to help by giving the hard counter the ability to kill and making the faction converter not immune to death or occupy like the MM nor replaceable like the Cult.
I like this,i doubt devs will add a new faction tho unfortunately
Like I said. More cookies
They wonāt. Itās already been confirmed. This is far more likely for FoL.
We can always change their mind
-I say as I pick up my sledge hammer-
Donāt mind me I got a couple of things to do
They will be adding more classes right tho?
You gave them an investigative class that can find them, not a hard counter. Paladin gets smite and Diplomat is arguably weaker than Pally. And thatās ignoring that any one of four members could be attacking which makes them harder to find.
Tbh aside from the overuse of prevention, Iād rather see the Unseen/Cult buffed.
Also can general use Tactics on The Politician?
That has NOT been confirmed nor denied. I did ask and they basically shrug.
Yes. You would do this if you are paranoid about the Diplomat killing you. However it would leave him open to Knights or Hunterās
I would disagree. The Diplomat has immunity to the Republicās attacks and his kill is Unlimited.
There is only 3 classes that can prevent. The Generalās only prevents a specific player under specific situations which can sometimes be incriminating anyway. So there are only 2 that can really use it effectively. If you look at the unseen you will see that there are 4 classes with visit prevention: Poacher, Enforcer, Sage and Sellsword.
He has a one time immunity unless the description is wrong.
Also I thought Enforcer didnāt prevent. Huh. Well Iāll retract my complaint there then.
The description is right. One time Immunity is still Immunity.
Itās definitely more than anyone else gets automatically. Especially compared to Sheriff or Paladin
Eh, it prevents getting randomly killed by the Republic and lets the general lock him down preventing his kill/investigation.
And the kill he does have will realistically only see use like 5 times max assuming heās able to divine who the general will use to attack. Itās the same problem as old smite - itād be better just to check the guy.
