[Faction Suggestion] The Republic

The idea for lore is that it is a foreign government trying to take over the Blue Dragon from within. There is a max of 4 players in the Republic at once and they Spawn with the General and The Politician. The General will be replaced with the oldest non-Politician player. The Politician will not be replaced on death.

Republic Killer

Day Ability: Tactics - Target Republic member will have their primary Ability kill their Target in additional to it’s other effects. Other Republic members will be prevented from visiting the player that is attacked this way. Can be used Day 1(Unlimited)

Night Ability: Rough up - Target player will be prevented from visiting the Republic.(Unlimited)

Republic Special
Passive: Diplomatic Immunity - You are immune to attacks by the blue dragon and for the first 3 nights you will be immune to all attacks. You will appear to be BD to Investigative Ability’s.

Day Ability: Drugged Wine - Poison target player. They will die in 2 nights. Bypasses night immunity. (4 uses)

Night ability 1: Campaign - Convert target player to the Republic. (Unlimited. 1 day cooldown)
Night ability 2: Private relations - Discover target players faction. If anything happens to them tonight you will know. (Unlimited)

Day ability: Track - Learn who target player visits tonight. (4 uses)

Night ability: Bug - Learn who visits target player tonight. (Unlimited)

Day ability: Strike - If your target survives an attack then bleed them. (1 use)

Night ability 1: Strong arm - Prevent visits to target non-Republic player. (Unlimited)
Night ability 2: Reinforce - Prevent visits to target Republic player. (2 uses)

Passive: Trickery - You are immune to Occupy and Redirect

Day ability: Empower - Sabotage will bypass occupy immunity tonight.

Night ability: Sabotage - Your first target will target your second. If you make them self target they will think they were occupied. (Unlimited)

Night ability 1: Interview - Discover if target player is part of the Republic. (Unlimited)
Night ability 2: Dominance - If target player attacks someone then kill them. You will not know if you did anything and you wont receive results from the attack. (Unlimited. 2 day cooldown)

Hmm I feel like diplomat needs a bit more buff also can he find the poltician directly or does he seem as bd?

He cannot find the Politician. However the Politician is also not night immune to neuts making him an easy target for the NK.

I mean I see the faction is strong making it a target for all factions but I feel like diplomat needs a tiny buff.

Any ideas?

Hmmmmm let’s think a tiny buff something rather small but can help in times…

Please note: I already gave the Diplomat a one shot night immunity against the Republic. That and there aren’t any framing ability’s for the Republic so the only way an NS check isn’t Republic is if they are Politician.

That’s true but hmm I was thinking of a DAY ability but uhh.wait wait I just misread dominance

He has 2 night ability’s. One of which is an almost omniscient kill ability.

I thought domininance was a 2 use only.

Hmm but I actually like the faction a faction which brings all the factions under pressure makes a team collobaration alliances deceit lies the pressure it’s like unknowns corrupt except a bit more weakend (if it happens it would have the most win games in tol) anyways I like this faction for the points I told above.

Basically the faction doesn’t have a dedicated killer. The general instead selects someone to be the killer and they do it. Whatever effect their ability has gives a bonus to the attack essentially. That reminds me of something I need to do.
