the point of a shotlist is to force mafia to shoot themselves using their own KP
if it’s too large that increases the likelihood of villagers being included in there and therefore defeating the entire purpose of the shotlist

Secondly, you say Firekitten is killed through claiming role. I must be impressed how they guessed town tunneler correctly, which I doubt it.
