No. They said that their wincondition is to Eliminate all threats too Town. I belive that this is true. With that win condition it would not make sense to be scum, as neither factions are a threat to each other.

I the Town faction is either another name for Mafia, or it is a 3p faction that can win with mafia but needs to defeat some sort of neutral first.
