Rn refers to all coordinate groups made of real numbers in an n-dimensional space
so R1 just means all real numbers

Aside from being one of the major players who directed the thread into mechanics talk, a lot of his points rely a lot on presumption such as the game being flavor aligned even despite Eevee pointing out that flavor is NAI and he has repeatedly downplaying finding leads d1 such as this.
