well, I donāt think the problem is with it being an āactionā or not there, the problem is that would never go through. That just makes it unwinnable for anybody but us.
the proposal should give us a tangible benefit but we need to keep it reasonable and (I know this is a taboo word in this match) balanced so that it has a decent chance of being accepted
