I think mafia is incentivized to kill the Treasurer no matter what, but the President is only a threat to them if his reads are good.

If Bad:False a good read on a scum teammate and make him become treasurer/Secretary
If good:Can get nightvig/the crystal ball and many thing else easier and can ban evil
If bad:Ban a bleeding person from shop and can get nightvig easiler i suppose
If good:Probably proven by the hopelist added 1
If bad:Probably got rekted cause despair list added 1
If good:Can prevent an important player from debate and argument,preventing execution
If bad:Would probably find a most suspicous person(not scum) and make everyone vote to it
