I think it clicked when vul and fk started discussing how blue is suspicious, I read it as open maf chat talk and them making fun at villagers lmao.
honestly this game would’ve gone much better for town and just improved the quality overall if these things happened imo
- claiming flavor 2 or 3 times and dying (granted, one was scum but still) - self explanatory
- if my role actually had any use. - it’s a huge mash and day lasts 72 hours, 20 posts is so small in comparison… i literally was never able to do anything
- town communicated better and there was less spamming(ppl got over 300 posts on the first day like how) - it really swamped out ppl and hid important information or whatever. town that was on really need to communicate better or effectively deliver the information said bc town relies on communication during the day, you can’t mechanically solve the game in a closed setup or rely on one person with god reads, esp when you guys all thought that scum had a converter. no one wanted to read the 1.5k+ posts that appeared when sleeping or whatever and people didn’t really care enough to put in as much effort as they could’ve because of it i think.

*That last game notwithstanding as I fucked up my spew analysis and I mis-cleared the last wolf due to it. Everyone was villagery that match and it was hard to decide on a PoE.
same, everyone scumread them for some reason and i was like why and no one told me
I probs need another way to read him, because I immediately dislike him for showing any emotion, since it never feels sincere to me.
I think the argument on Ici was ‘he claimed poisoned when it would make no sense for scum to poison him,’ plus a couple of tinfoils based on associations/Dat’s spew.

This. People need to stop being offtopic in large games as it really adds up fluff-wise.
And again, solving closed setups via mechs is dumb because you have no idea if the usually town aligned role is scum this match.

People didn’t bother doing literally any ISO/macro read stuff after like day 2, which would have looked horribly on most of the scum here.

I basically stopped posting reads on people other than Blue D3 (because I was expecting to die that night and trying to minimize spew) and literally no one pointed it out.
Yeah, it’s kind of why DRFM will basically have much of the mechanics intertwined with reads. There will be more Player/Player interaction and less Player/Mechanics interaction there, hopefully.
Plus, good luck trying to mechanically solve one of my closed setups.
