The chamber became heated in discussion as the day went on; traditional filibustering turned to shouting matches, which in turn evolved into something grotesquely resembling a messy brawl.

Chairs were overturned, the ministry was in chaos, and somewhere in the commotion, HTM was pointed as the proprietor. The members huddled 'round him, and each went around in turn, beating him senseless, until his final breath gave and he passed into the next life, a life away from corruption.
