err
seth
Seth literally fits this reasoning, so the vote on Seth makes sense lol
Seth is usually considered one of the easiest people on the fourms to read?
I did.
I don’t care about them because this game is not about reads.
You’re
You’re wrong
ftr Derps, I do understand your point about the reads, but I think I have my own way of solving this game so I’m not really concerned about reads, even in the endgame. But I do see your logic.
So fuck everyone else when everyone submits a mafia night kill on you because you can solve mechanically somehow? (Though I’m almost certain you can’t really do that)
Seth is just always scummy and their logic is close to impossible to follow so it always is easy to scumread.
Doesn’t mean they’re always scum.
Seth is very easy to read
It’s almost always incredibly apparent when their scum
you have two choices self pres onto seth or perish in the fires of judgement
I’d disagree, it’s usually pretty simple logic and not at all hard to follow
It might not be good logic but like it’s not usually hard to follow
I mean theirs also the fact that Simon is considered pretty damn hard to read but ok
Okay I’m going back to sleep then
Can always factional kill seth
Dont see whats the problem
idk, I’m not really concerned that I’m going to 100% die tonight so yeah
and I’m not saying I’m totally sure I can 100% solve mechanically. I’m saying that there is a way to manipulate odds so that people who are harder to read could literally have odds that are rigged heavily one way or another.
I do agree that Seth’s easy to read fwiw, I’m not really concerned about his slot
I’m just getting tired of explaining mechanics, but I don’t think anyone wants me to anyway, so I can probably just stop and you’ll have nothing to read me off since I’m also hard to read (I know some of you guys think I’m easy to read, but I’ve literally never had a scum game so you have nothing to go off).
The thing is just that I personally think by the time the roles are more or less set in stone in this game, we will have a general idea of how likely people are to be certain roles (or at least I will, since I kept track of action claims, and whether true or false I would assume the majority of them are true) so I’m just not that worried about reads. I’m absolute shit at social reading and I don’t really want to rely on it because I have low accuracy, so I’d rather just rely on statistics because math can’t lie (only people can lie, and people can lie about statistics, but if I’m doing the calculations and choosing my actions carefully then I still have some control over my small part in all worlds)
oh, Derps voted himself?
meh
Except we execute someone and you can’t realistically know how everyone’s roles are going to change
thats true
someone with a 90% chance to flip town could still rand mafia in 10% of the cases.
but in that case, they also don’t know, so you could slap a townread on them because they’re acting towny in accordance with their odds, and they’d still flip mafia.
so while I don’t think reads are a bad thing, they aren’t everything, either.
