Until it says that, Im going to be treating this game differently than the normal FM,
so in a way they are a priority
Thatās a fair way to look at it.
However imo, the locations are still the thing that should be most prioritized, they hold water. food, gasoline, weapons (which could help us get rid of the traitors), healers. Even traitors must want to survive, so they will have to work with us for early game.
