Was her role a bit overtuned? Yes, it absolutely was.

Does that discount how well she played in that game? No, I don’t think it does.

Wazza being able to convince half of the game to claim to some extent, via several different manipulative actions – all on D1 – is not a small order, especially with multiple people explicitly trying to stop her. also lying darkness funny

Seconding. The Lying Darkness might be a meme, but it’s status as one was entirely due to how Wazza utilized the role and manipulated a large portion of players to do her bidding. Really solid gameplay.

I’ll also be nominating @astand and Umineko FM 2 for Best Setup .

In addition to being a well balanced setup, the rolecards were absolutely gorgeous with a ton of effort put into them. The design of the roles were extremely well done. The bastard twist (which i embarrassingly didn’t see coming) was also executed well and punished town for being overly reliant on mechanical clears.

Seconding this as well. Umineko 2 (as well as the original Umineko FM) was a very unique and fun setup. You can tell how much work he put into making sure it was fair, balanced, and enjoyable. There were red herrings like firefighters without an arsonist, quirks such as rolecard colors not being alignment indicative, and proof of a whole lot of love being poured into the creation of this game.

I nominate @Icibalus for Best Host in Various Different Games

This shouldn’t come as a surprise to many. Icibalus has constantly created and hosted games that many people look forward too when just seeing it show up on the queue. That lots of people enjoy while playing the game, not to mention the fact they go above and beyond whiling hosting, something that can’t be said about many hosts.

For a few examples of games they’ve hosted, the main one is probably Danganronpa 5, but that wouldn’t really count as a host. Other games that’ve hosted are things like ToS2399 and Throne of Lies FM, some personal favourites of mine of games that they hosted. They put in work to make sure the game is fun to play in with a good enough concept to suffice that relates with the community. Those past 3 games should be enough to prove that Icibalus makes games that she knows people will probably enjoy, not to mention the unique concepts for the games that they host always adding a nice little spin on that doesn’t reach a point of lack of enjoyment quickly. It’s refreshing to see that in a game.

Marl consistently brings passion to the game, even when his reads are incorrect. Furthermore, since rejoining the site, he has played in literally every FM game that has run. In those games, he has brought high WiM, regardless of his alignment or the situation of the game. Even when his team is doing poorly, he hasn’t given up (e.g. in EFoL 4.75, when his team missed the N1 convert, or Quantum Mafia, where he made it to 7 player LyLo as a villager).

I nominate @Apprentice for Best Misc Player.

I believe this is self-explanatory, Apprentice is constantly fun to play with in Miscs and is an enjoyable player to be around to the point where when DR5 filled, players wanted Apprentice to have the last slot reserved to him. He brings a light to the game and his own power towards the game itself.

I don’t need to add any more. You all have your own experiences with Apprentice and how good he is to play with in Miscs.
