Here we go:
Squid’s Counter Statement to Hippo’s Long Ass Post That Might Also be Long (Hippo, only hosts can use big text >:()

Meteoro’s Wagon is Artificial - We have no idea if Met’s wagon is artificial as there is constant shifting between wagons. If nobody’s lynching Met, then why create a wagon on him? Multiple people’s alignments such as Sam’s and Maxwell’s can be proven through Met’s flip while the other wagon targets do not currently have association targets within them.

Waste of Prince Resources - Now, it’s crystal clear that if Prince exes BD, then they lose all remaining uses of the Axe. Sure, if you Prince exe Met, then you’re guaranteed to have two exes left. However, if the Prince’s second exe is on BD, then the Prince will lose the remaining uses anyway. In a way, Prince Exes are simply lynches but with more risks. That’s why scumreading is as important for Prince jails as for public lynches. Do not treat Prince jails as an easy hack and slash role as that’s not what it’s meant for. Also, it’s more beneficial to jail a guy that can kill every night than a guy that is evil, but can’t kill or convert as with less KP, there’s less Town deaths.
Meteoro is Dead No Matter What - Yes, Meteoro is the highest priority to get lynched and executed. However, I know this possibility might be small, but there is a chance the Prince won’t jail Meteoro and instead jail someone else. Whether it could be due to a CFD or because the Prince would simply forget to change their target or was asleep is unimportant, but if that happens, then he and other scum will roam free making us have to waste another day to focus on killing him. However, if we lynch him today, then we know for certain that he is dead and we don’t have to worry about him possibly being not jailed because the Prince jailed someone else.
Hunter can Prove Themselves by Wolfing Squid - I don’t see how this is a legitimate benefit for a non-Meteoro lynch as it focuses more on me and not on Met himself. Sure, I won’t mind being wolfed and you don’t have to please me, but using this as a reason to not lynch Met is kind of odd. It doesn’t mention benefits of anyone else. In fact, we don’t know if a Hunter exists or not, so that would be an even bigger waste of time to try to waste resources on a person that isn’t Unseen or NK.
Lynching Outside of Meteoro Brings a Higher Chance of Killing Two Unseen - This is not true. With applying the logic of “Met will be dead anyway” Lynching Meteoro and jail and exeing NK, Assassin, or NK also kills two Unseen/Scum, as long as two scum are dead, it shouldn’t matter how they die except that by jailing Assassin/NK/Mastermind, there is once again less KP and less people die.
Chance of Prince Killing NK/Assassin is Lower - Like I said, jailing also requires scumreading. The chance of lynching scum D2 without a redcheck is also at the same rate as the odds are equally the same. In more games than not, there had been more mislynches than proper mislynches, so this should not be any different. Either way, both actions require scumreading and there’s no higher chance of success for either method.

As you can see, this post heavily focuses on counteracting Hippo’s argument and not mention my own positive points on lynching Met. Well, they’ve already been said before and even in this long ass post. Anyway, my view on a Met lynch being more beneficial still stands.

if prince executes then met will still flip
