I would argue Knight is not the issue here, really
Itās moreso guilt still firing with redirects
Thatās much more general than just Knight
Should guilt just not proc on a redirect
I canāt argue my opinion in the time it takes for the computer to open illustrator for graphic design class
That would be sensical given that guilt is supposed to punish your mistake of target
The consequence for having an attack redirected is attacking the new target instead of your original
So that seems to fix most of the problems. Good work yall
Hard relate
@anon97870008 sorry for snapping at you back there
That was unbecoming and not helpful to the discussion at hand
I have to say the same. sorry
Apology gratefully accepted
Imagine having a Knight + Drunk combo killing literally everyone scot-free thank to this.
Then how would u fix the problem?
Have Knight (and probably Archer) stop their attack when redirected (by a BD source)
Attackers already have reduced feedback.
You donāt know if your target was protected, healed, or immune or you were occupied or redirected.
I donāt think having Knight stop their attack would be that extreme of a change.
I forget feedback wether they do get told if they are redirected, I think they do but dont get told to who iirc but Iām prob wrong. Even then that can cause problems like I attacked x and x didnt die. If y who redirected him doesnt state that, x is a mislynch
And if Y who healed X doesnāt out, it ends up being the same.
CS is not an investigative ability therefore they donāt get told
Ok sweet thnx for the clarification. So that leaves it in the state still that they dont know they got redirected so if he outs the redirector or healer will have to out. Itās not favorable but like what u gonna do if we keep guilt as a suicide
Knight: CS gets canceled if redirected
BD Alch: attack gets canceled if redirected
is the easiest solution in my eyes
