This is impossible. And if the renevant is smart they would use their additional bond at the right time. Not going to talk strats because Fire is renevant though

you can use your second bound if you manage to bind to someone else, but it’s still super hard. also if they get jailed/exed you can’t do anything about it if ur not expecting it
i don’t even want to talk about what happens if you accidentally bind yourself to a knight n1, you never know when they’re going to die
Think of it on the flip side. It is impossible for the town to deduce the bond out unless the renevant themselves spills the beans.
This part is Luck based, but late game the additional bond makes it not luck based. So I am against the change. The additional bond makes a big deal.
