Give NKs at least some buffs that should have already come along with increasing playercount.
And if you have the Cultseen eliminating NKs more often, you ergo lead to Cultseen eliminating their own KP more often.
How about a buff that gives them a loss rate of 0%?

Yes, but the problem is that that makes it hard for us to increase Cultseenās power, because that not only tanks NKās winrate but undermines their own buff.
If itās BD-sided (which remains to be seen imo), you buff scum, you donāt just buff one side of scum and call it a day, assuming the scum were in balance before.
Factional base ability
Once per game, a member of the scumfaction can perform the main killerās killing ability instead of them, alongside their base action. They will still be seen visiting all targets they normally would, but will also visit the target of the kill.
Buffing both sounds an awful idea based on the amount of swing it would add, and how much the game is dependent on the NKās N1 kill.

We could just not have quasi-multiball. We donāt really know if NK-less ToL/FoL is this horrifying thing because weāve never tried it, which is why I suggest an EFoL with 16p, a nerfed BD, and no NK.
