I really don’t like meta gaming in this type of game and i suggest we stop
Inherently the knowledge of previous games can often make interesting scenarios where one’s own knowledge betrays them when another decides to change up their plays.
Isaac’s posts make sense from the context of their meta, and it becomes easier to understand their points.
I can’t read Baz worth shit, so I rely on their actions during the game to determine alignment.
It’s normal to go in with somewhat of an understanding of how people play. It’s what makes the social deduction aspect stronger because it’s not just about how this player plays, but also if they understand their actions and are acting accordingly in order to fool players.
Players get annoyed by meta as a defense.
Statistically it’s the smartest plan but it is aggravating to play with or against.

the thing is, their “meta” isn’t worth much in terms of proof, and can only be used as substance for proof or used for intuition based guesses.

So if someone does most of the time certain action as scum And rarely as town you cant scumread them for that?
