Well you would but the thing is people still do it. constantly It happens in every game people pop in ask whats going on and sometimes gets an answer. Like its real annoying but it happens to often for it to be non allignment indacative
I don’t find this particularly town-like. More often than not, you’ll cause a new player to out their class unnecessarily.

…that’s how you sort them.
The issue is that a lot of them are used to the ToL/ToS method of clearing themselves by claiming, so unfortunately that’s what they end up doing.

I disagree with the method of heavy pushing a new player with zero justification. Id rather invite them to talk and gather from responses than to outright label them scum and have them panic-claim.
You mentioned SirDerps being LHF; if that’s true, Kape would have pushed a player and got them to fakeslip according to his own account (I didn’t personally see Kape pushing SirDerps but it might have been during my ISO).

So failure to want to give opinions is very weird. I get it, its day 1, people dont really do much in TOL day1 but people can catch whole scum teams day 1 in FOL. So opinons matter, so dont be afraid to give them.
honestly without reavling your class the best defense on why you arent scum is this answer. Thats why the Why are you scum question is heavily flawed
NK is a weird thing to be talking about Day 1. Like realistically you leave them alone til scum teams gone or if u have no better lynches, because they need to take shots at both sides if they want a chance to live.
seeing as how he said it was a unseen game earlier, I dont think this man knows what game it actually is. That or hes trying to cover up the unseen thing

Potentally, yes. But I’m not 100% sure as well unlike in the case of Jake or Min last match, which is why I want them checked as IMHO they are >rand at the moment.

To be more precise, the way he asked to be checked implies that he’s likely MM if this is an Unseen game and he’s scum or the Cult has a Ritualist if he is scum and this is a Cult game.
What actually sets me off about SirDerps (besides the three filler posts) is the lack of Scumreads. Even as a new player you have to have some inkling of “oh maybe this guy is bad!”; he opts to draw no associations. His scumpartner would have told him to be careful on associations.
He mentioned cult. The unseen part is pretty genuine, but he would have also been told not to out what type of game it was.
Well remember this has a lot of newer players this could be a team of two first time FM playerss there could be no teaching. Its not guranteed that a new player and old player will be put on a team.
If I’m to assume SirDerps is scum, hed have to have been at least briefed by his partner on the dos and donts…ala his partner shouldn’t be new.
This is assuming that there was a veteran mentoring him 24/7.
It assumes that both the other starting scum is a vet and that they were there to instruct him.
at least the 2nd and the 4th one he seems to be mentioning the scum faction in general instead of just of saying cult specifically. I dont know, maybe he knows but Im not sold that this is a scum slip

Thats not how rolling works though, its random. The hosts arent gonna be like oh I have to throw one of the vets with new player snce he never played before. Otherwise its not a 2/16 chance of being scum.
