I’ve already reversed myself out of my original stance, as I realized that if I saw a quickedit that was just a typo, I wouldn’t think it was that big of a deal, since it was just a typo, and if I didn’t see a quick edit, then no punishment on it can be enforced.
But this should be defined in the rules because it’s very easy to do so and should be done if this is the way it has always been as you say. eevee affirmed that the official rules as currently written ban quickediting of even edits.

But i still wouldn’t care about system-recorded edits of typos (or most other things that are edits of older posts)
In terms of the reaction thing, no one’s going to react to a post that’s over a day old, so i don’t really see the issue with putting a system-recorded edit on an older post in thread that no one will ever react to again
and yes, when you try to ISO someone, whether on PC or mobile, you can easily see if a post has been edited there

I think I had extremely few moderrors, especially in comparison to other mods with few experience, but they happen even to me sometimes
