Honestly Jane is the least of our worries. We need to find groupscum and NK before worrying about the King TBE. Your priorities are kind of misplaced right now.
In ToL as BD, your main objectives are to kill the cult/unseen and the NK. You only kill the King before them if they’re interfering with those objectives.
I’ll try to read Jane before EoD, though as far as I’m concerned that is not a must need to do D1.

There are a few, but even then Jane should just be a line in your notes right now, as if we can clear the unseen/cult and the NK then the EK is mostly powerless.
Arete does seem townier, but I would bet on Marshal being a neutral.
I do question TBE this game, but thats partially due to my paranoia of people saying they are trying a new playstyle. I don’t think he is the first to go though, unless it’s proven that he is evil.
I saw that as well and they did make a complete ISO on merc, which is odd, when they didn’t do it for anyone else. I think it either points to Blizer having TMI or them possibly being W/W, but merc seems towny, so I would have more faith in it being TMI if Blizer is groupscum.
If they unseen/cult threat is removed then a GT won’t be that dangerous

Marshal is very easy to read as town when he starts as town. Here I don’t get that from him, which is why I’m thinking he is neutral.
